The Bombay High Court justified a ban on the book, “Islam – A concept of Political World Invasion By Muslims” by R V Bhasin.  The judgement, delivered by Justices RANJANA DESAI, DR. D.Y.CHANDRACHUD and R.S. MOHITE.
